To streamline your experience, we request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled consultation to complete a New Patient Registration Form. Alternatively, you can conveniently access this form online and bring it with you to your next appointment.

Our appointment scheduling ensures that each patient is allocated 10-15 minutes, with every effort made to accommodate your preferred time. Please note that emergencies will receive priority attention. For those requiring more extensive consultation, extended appointment slots are available upon request.

When scheduling your appointment, please inform our reception if your visit pertains to minor surgery, medical assessments, work cover matters, pap screening, test result discussions, or necessitates an extended appointment.

Prescriptions, Referrals and Medical Certificates

To ensure accuracy and integrity, our doctors issue Sickness and Work Cover certificates when necessary, and these typically necessitate a consultation arranged through an appointment.
